In-Shoe
Leather linings provide superior comfort and in-shoe breathability.
This Fit-Bed ensures a comfortable underfoot environment.
Full rounded toe character, standard fit across forefoot and instep, with
a slightly narrow heel. The Laser Last is a composite of thousands of
digital scans of the FootJoy Laser Fitting System.
Outsole
EVA (ethyl vinyl acetate) midsoles provide lightweight cushioning underfoot.
EVA does not take a set, so the cushioning will remain constant for the
life of the shoe.
Varying densities of TPU (thermoplastic urethane) are strategically placed
throughout the outsole for stability, flexibility and walking comfort.
The Platform Responsive Outsole (P.R.O.) features a two-pod design that
removes excess weight and an aluminized fiberglass shank for maximum midfoot
stability.
The OptiFlex forefoot flexibility channel is the softest density of TPU
(thermal plastic urethane) used in tri-density TPU outsoles. OptiFlex
produces unparalleled walking comfort and flexibility.
Fiberglass is known for lightweight rigidity and used in the shank area
of DryJoys P.R.O. shoes to increase midfoot stability and support. The
aluminised treatment gives the Stability Bridge a high tech/ high style
look on the course.
