Odyssey are known for their fantastic dual material putters.
Normally their putters have a steel head with a polymer insert. The Odyssey
Black Series putters have a milled carbon steel head and insert. This
give the putter a fantastic solid feel. The putter head is fitted with
a tungsten flange which combined with the milled steel head creates a
low centre of gravity to give a truer roll.
The putter has been percisionally milled to create optimal balanced weighting
to produce a smooth stroke and amazing accuracy.
The hosel of the putter has been hogged-out as odyessy call it which allows
them to redistribute weighting to the tungsten flange to lower the center
of gravity to ensure of a truer roll.
A urethane dampening layer has been inserted in between the tungsten and
carbon steel to reduce vibration and enhance feel.
