Ping Golf's G15 irons have been designed to provide a higher launch with maximum forgiveness. If you are a golfer seeking more consistency with your irons play the Ping G15 will give you a helping hand on your quest to lower your scores and handicap.
A new Custom Tuning Port has enabled Ping Golf engineers to save 7 grams of weight which has been repositioned to the perimeter of the irons increasing the MOI. The new design also gives support to the thin face providing better distance control.
A wide sole repositions the center of gravity lower and farther back to increase launch and provide longer flying shots. The geometry of the wide sole help turf interaction for better ball strikeing.
Ping AWT Steel Shaft: has been designed specifically for the Ping irons. AWT stands for Ascending Weight Technology. Which means the shafts in your short irons are heavier to give better ball control into greens and the the longer irons are lighter to make them more forgiving and increase distance.
