  Is stock brand new and boxed?

All products sold on our website are brand new, unless otherwise stated in their description. They are all sent out boxed and well packed. All woods and putters include head covers unless otherwise stated!!

 

  Do Clubs come with a guarantee?

All new clubs come with a manufactures' guarantee of reasonable use. Any faulty clubs need to be returned to the manufacture for inspection. Please call for details.

 

  Will my order be dispatched quickly?

Any order where items are in stock will be shipped as quickly as possible. Next day and Express delivery do have priority as they are special service's which do incur a postage charge.

Non stock items will be dispatched as soon as they arrive and pass quality control. Such item's include custom fit clubs. Any stock item ordered which may turn out to be sold out will be ordered in to stock ASAP and you should be notified be either email or telephone.

 

  Are products genuine?

ALL products on this website are 100% genuine. We hold accounts with all the major brands found on the site and products are ordered in from them.

 

  Are my personal details safe?

All personal details entered on our website are 100% safe. Credit/Debit card details are NOT stored OR KEPT anywhere on our website and are all destroyed after use . Personal address details are only used by ourselves incase we need to get in touch with you regarding your order. Details are not passed on to a 3rd party.

Email offers may be sent to you from time to time which you can unsubscribe from.

 

  How do I return an unwanted item?

To return an un wanted item you may return such items within 28 days to the following address:

All returned items must have a covering note informing us what you would like to do exchange/refund? If a covering note is not with the return, processing of the return will take longer!! Postage charges for returned items are covered at your own cost.
